Get Rid of Me
[info]bwilder
Howdy, folks. I have a longer, sappier post brewing about my time in Boston, but first, a functional little bit of business - who wants to help load a truck?!

Jess and I would be most grateful for any help we could get tomorrow, Wednesday evening. We don't have an official time yet, but my guess is that very few of my readers would be available much before 6pm. So we'll call it 6pm. If any of you wouldn't mind a little physical labor and one last hang out, we'd be most grateful. There will be pizza and beverages and possibly a cute dog to hang out with. Commenting below lets me know how much pizza to order, so please do if you think you'll be coming!

Also know that we love sending people home with stuff! Just ask [info]perich and [info]vlvtjones the first place and runner up winners of BOOZE GRAB '08 on Saturday night!

48 hour film project
[info]bwilder
Hey, ljfriends!

So, I'm directing the production of Neutrino's 48 hour film next weekend, from the evening of May 4th to May 6th. As of right now, we have no idea what we're doing and we won't until 7pm that evening. At the drop of the hat (well, a pull-out-of-the-hat, actually), we might have to make a sci-fi film, a western (or musical), a spy film, a historical film, a war film etc. The more resources we have access to, the better. If you have the ability to get me in touch with permission-granting people at interesting locations (work in a futuristic or historic building? Or in a karate dojo? A doctor's office? Anywhere that might be fun to film is useful), costume-shops, or other potentially cool set pieces (sports cars? fake guns? You tell me!), the better off we'll be. We'll also need bodies to help out and there are a few creative positions available too (namely in visual effects and possibly scoring)! So please comment below if you feel like giving up part of your weekend to help out or help me gain access to potentially interesting place or things!
